Can customers find your business on Google?

A person, not an automated tool, takes a real look at how your Cairns business shows up on Google. Free, no obligation, results within three business days.

Most Cairns business owners have never searched for themselves the way a customer does. This is me doing it for you, and telling you what I find.

Fill in a few details and I take a proper look at how your business shows up on Google: your search results, your Business Profile, your ads if you run them, and whether the AI tools name you. Then I email you back within three business days with the few things that actually matter.

Why a person, not a tool

You can get an instant score from any number of free tools. They run a script over your site and hand you a number out of a hundred, usually with a prompt to buy something. This is a person reading your site, searching for you from a Cairns connection, and weighing the things a script cannot: whether your pages read like a human wrote them for a customer, and whether your reviews and ads are doing any real work.

What I look at

  • Search. Whether you appear when someone searches for what you do plus Cairns, and who is sitting above you.
  • Your Google Business Profile. Category, reviews, and whether it is complete enough to show in the map.
  • Your website. Whether it tells Google, and a customer, what you do and where you do it.
  • Your Google Ads, if you run them. Whether they are showing, what they say, and whether money is obviously being wasted.
  • AI answers. Whether ChatGPT and Google’s AI name you when someone asks for a business like yours.

Why it is free

No cost, no obligation, and I will not put you on a list or chase you afterwards. I do this because it is an easy way to start a conversation, and after twenty years I can usually see the one or two things holding a business back without much digging. Plenty of these checks turn up nothing urgent, and I will tell you that plainly if that is the case. If you want to do something about what I find, you know where I am.
